Had a ramen dinner with Jerry and Shan at Ichibantei (60 Robertson Quay) after work today.
Jerry had the spicy tonkatsu ramen while both Shan and The Android ordered the chashu men with extra half-boiled egg. They have excellent soup base, their noodles are super chewy and if you’re the type who like fatty pork, the chashu here is OH MY GAWD!!!
Incidentally, it’s Jerry’s last day of work this Friday. So the entire company’s gonna be having a farewell dinner gathering in his honour at Shinryoku Yakitori this Thursday evening. OH MY GAWD!!!
