After a 4-month hiatus, Wickham Street begins its first jam session for 2007 next Sunday!
During our break however, the studio gathered lots of cobwebs, gecko shit as well as… a strange smell. The Android is guessing the smell is probably caused by the gecko shit, or worse… dead geckos. So Darren and The Android decided to do some major area cleaning yesterday. We vacuumed the carpet, cleared the rubbish, wiped the dust, arranged the furniture and emptied a can of aerosol air freshener into the room.
We also headed down to Swee Lee and got ourselves some new cables, microphones and a Peavey mixer. The mixer comes with two speakers, so Adi and Marc have their very own vocal “monitor” in their little corner now.
