Jaffry and The Android fixed up a little get together for the Tribal peeps last night at Timbre. We made reservations a week in advance as there were too many of us… and also due to paranoia from our last unsuccessful reservation.

We pigged out, we had a couple of beers (ginger or otherwise), and we took lots of unflattering photos of ourselves. At some point, the girls were even taking turns trying to destroy Stevie’s iPhone (don’t ask).

Though the food was as great as ever, The Android was kinda peeved at 53A. As the vocalist, Sara didn’t sing with the rock n’ roll passion that Barney had and the band was taking requests like 987FM. The music really affected The Android’s mood and he didn’t enjoy himself as much as he’d like to.

So, it was off to Ben & Jerry’s at Dempsey with Yilin and Stevie, after everyone left. Chunky Monkey always saves the day.

The Android has succumbed to his inner fanboy cravings yet again.

The damages this time round, arrived in the forms of Animated Han Solo and Chewbacca maquettes from Gentle Giant. Riding off Francis’ membership at Simply Toys, The Android got some discount and blew a total of 210 buckaroos for both. Han stands at 8 inches and Chewie, 10 inches.

To all the fanboys and fangirls who aren’t already aware… Diablo III is finally coming our way!

As Blizzard will still be sticking with the BattleNet system, Isk, Darren and The Android intend to resurrect our clan again. Interested parties please buy your own original copy when the time comes and sign-up with us!
